The role requires providing support to the delivery of Vision, Mission, short/ long term objectives, strategy and tactics for Atlantis Holidays along with the General Manager. To Identify and exploit all commercial opportunities to continuously develop and grow the business in line with revenue and growth expectations. Develop and successfully execute a strong product development strategy, which is aligned to the wider commercial goals and objectives of the business and ensure that Atlantis Holidays procures the best in market rates and allocations for all preferred holidays around the world. Job Specifications: Lead and direct the product development and operational delivery of all holiday’s products to deliver agreed revenue/volume targets and quality standards, growing the operation to increase market penetration to become market leader in the UAE and abroad. Plan, staff and supervise all assigned work unit activities through subordinate managers to ensure a cohesive operational unit. Educates sales team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses and business/financial issues on contracts. Provide advice, guidance and direction to subordinate executives and staff towards their professional development. Monitoring availability and flow of personnel as well as hiring, motivating and assigning responsibilities. Coordinate and confer with staff and senior management to resolve operating problems and difficulties to ensure smooth operations. Drive the process to review our current fully integrated front/ mid/back office tour operating system and ensure there is a focus on continuous business performance improvements.
